In 2020, Charity Bomb launched Operation GENzEQ
Mission Statement: Charity Bomb develops preventative mental health strategies using EQ education to help children grow confidence, self-awareness and emotional resilience whle avoiding the pitfalls of depression, addiction, bullying an suicide.
Emotional intelligence (EI) is the ability to understand, use, and manage your own emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges, and defuse conflict.
Emotional Quotient (EQ) is the level or measurement of a person’s emotional intelligence as it pertains to knowing one’s emotions, controlling one’s emotions, recognizing emotions in others (empathy), and improvement in emotional control.
“The number one fear among parents is that their child will be bullied”
- stopbullying.gov
“Suicide among our youth has increased by 57% in the last decade.”
- wsj.com
“Addiction, depression, anxiety, violence, and murder have all risen in 2019.”
– time.com
Charity Bomb will achieve this by developing an entertaining, engaging EQ platform for children (& adults) which integrates EQ education into activities that they naturally participate in, such as gamified apps, a celebrity-driven web-series and a rewards-based curriculum of exercises for students, parents and teachers to complete. For the complete initiative, click here: Operation GENzEQ.
